Deadline for Sponsorships, August 28, 2010, for printed program acknowledgement. Also, Sponsors will be able to place corporate / agency signage at the specific event/area sponsored.   • Florist – 3-4 general bouquets and 4 dozen single long stemmed roses, needed 7am 9/13/2010 or night before Capitol Bldg. - Sponsorship Donation - $ 200.00 or In-kind donation "Sponsored by Diana Garrison in memory of Jennifer Kesse"

 

  • Continental Breakfast 150 Invited Families members of the missing, special guests, and the FDLE Missing and Endangered Persons Information Clearinghouse, Advisory Board Members, 22nd fl. Capitol building, 8:00am- 9:30am, delivery 7:00am 9/13/2010 and attended. - Sponsorship Donation - $500.00 or in-kind donation

 

 

  • Boxed or basic Catered lunch – 350 people, meeting room, Capitol Building 10:-11:00am delivery to Capitol building, 9/13/2010. - Sponsorship Donation - $1,500.00 or in-kind donation

 

  • Ice Cream - 150 students attending the ceremony and educational safety event. Delivery needed 8am 9/13/2010, until Noon Capitol Courtyard. Sponsorship Donation - $250 or In-Kind product.

 

  • Families of the Missing Reception - reception room with light snacks and soft drinks at The DoubleTree Hotel. Sunday evening 9/12/2010 6-7pm., 50 people. Sponsorship Donation - $500 value or In-Kind Donation

 

  • Printing – Florida Missing Children’s Day Program of Events – 500 multi-page, stapled program, delivered, 9/10/2010. - Sponsorship Donation - $500.00 or in-kind donation

 

  • Printing – 15-20 Posters - Missing Persons of Families in attendance, color, 24”x36” or larger, delivered, 9/10/2010 - Sponsorship Donation - $500.00 or in-kind donation

 

  • Awards – 7-9 plaques/trophies, average in size, engraved with each specific category winners information, delivered 9/05/2010. - Sponsorship Donation - $1,200.00 or in-kind donation

 

  • Dog Bones - 20-25 Large Chewable Bog Bones for the Search and Rescue Bloodhound teams in attendance. Needed 9/12/2010 (really!!!) "Sponsored by Publix"

 

  • Water Plastic bottled with ice chests and ice for general attendees – 25-50 cases, capitol courtyard 9:30 am delivery-set up capitol courtyard/ meeting rooms capitol building for lunch. Coolers retrievable noon 9/13/2010.
